What are my wax melts made of?

My products are lovingly handmade using our eco soy wax, blended with fragrance oil and decorated with colour/biodegradable glitter.

How would you use them?

Our wax melts are made to be used in tea light burners and electric burners. We don’t recommend using our wax in oil burners.

How much can I use?

Simply - as much as you like! All our recommendations for usage can be found on the product page itself. We set this recommendation based on our preference of strength. Also, take into consideration overfilling/spillages.

How long do they burn and smell for? 

This can vary, and can depend on your wax burner and how much you choose to burn at any time. They tend to last longer in electric burners, as tea light burners get hotter, and therefore burn off the fragrance quicker.

Cleaning of Burner - HELP!?

Simply light a tea light in your burner, on turn on if electric - wait 20 seconds or until the wax starts to warm up, and press gently on the edge of the wax to pop it out. Using a cotton pad, when the wax has completely melted is another way. Simply pop a cotton bud/ball into the liquid wax, and let it soak it up.

How do you deliver my products, and how long does this take?

We use Hermes for our delivery, giving you tracking information.

We process orders 7 days a week, and delivery our Hermes parcels to our courier every day. We aim to dispatch all orders with 3-4 working days ( excluding weekends.)
